NEUMANN DEVELOPMENTS

Neumann Developments is a medium size land development company with property interests on the Gold Coast, the Sunshine Coast and in northern NSW. We have a small team of experienced staff that specialises in the development of residential and industrial estates from acquisition to securing approvals, coordinating construction and then marketing and sale of the land.

Our major land developments are Currumbin Park Estate that involved the creation of 1000 residential lots and some 400 unit sites and Lakeview Heights - Elanora of 85 residential lots.

We have been Project Managing developments since the company’s inception in the early 1980’s:

• Lakeland Heights Estate, Merrimac – a joint venture comprising 80 small lot detached dwellings and a number of multi unit dwellings.
• Kalimna Estate, Tallebudgera included rehabilitation of a quarry to create 40 parkland residential lots.
• Kunda Park, Sunshine Coast involved creation of 60 industrial lots, 45 of which were a joint venture.
• Currumbin Industrial Estate involved creation of 19 industrial lots adjacent to tidal waterways.
• “the lakes”, Currumbin Valley was completed in March 2005 and involved the creation of 28 rural residential lots.
