Neumann Associate Companies is a financial and management services organisation focused on delivering services to the Neumann Group of Companies. The primary roles of Neumann Associate Companies are to:-

• Provide the strategic framework and direction for the Neumann Associate Group of Companies;
• Through consultation and knowledge of the operating companies, to add value to the broad commercial processes;
• Provide (on a centralised basis) efficient and value adding best practice commercial and administrative support services to the Neumann Group of Companies, where such services are common throughout the group and can be delivered centrally and in a coordinated manner to achieve economies of scale, consistency and quality;
• In consultation with the Neumann Group of Companies, determine and implement relevant financial, management and operational policies ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations and Neumann Group Boards’ policies.
